Great process for pickup and dropoff. Sami was right there by our bagged claim so we could get the car easily at SMF. The car was a smooth ride and I lived driving it. Only recommendation for next time is to provide the cord for charging. It’s a plug-in hybrid car and he claimed he didn’t get a cord with the car. It would have saved a lot on gas to have been able to charge the car overnight.

Everything was great. Sami is a good host.

Beautiful car. Sami is a fairly new host. Pick up was a bit unusual with in person pick up/key exchange and we gave him a ride to his personal car which was 40 min in the opposite direction.
