Good car, few dings and stuff but he has them documented in the photos before you book so i knew about it. Great communication

Car was as described, directions of how to get into/leave the car were straightforward. Wasn’t crazy about paying $20 to get the car out of the garage at the airport parking lot when we first picked it up.

Car exterior damaged held up by screws. License plate didn’t match. I corresponded with him, hey license plate doesn’t match and door is open. He said that makes sense. I told him hey your exterior is all messed up, front end is really messed up. He responded “you rent on Turo and you’ll understand.” Didn’t have much of a choice due to a party of people with me. I was embarrassed.

Car was in Porsche shape. There was pieces of the chair coming off that would hit my leg, car was dirty, including top of the ceiling. It smelled of smoke.
