The car was very clean and drove great. The host communicated very well with the exception of:
1. Location of car parked. We were told it was on one level and had walked back and forth several times before calling and the host reccommending a FaceTime to show us where he parked the car and it wasn't on the level indicated.
2. Not informing me beforehand that there would be a $24 parking fee that I would be responsible for which they reimbursed $6. I chose the higher priced vehicle at the airport for convenience but I could have taken a Lyft and saved money had I known there was additional charges
3. Requesting the drop off location for the Blue Lot when I am on a Delta flight and now I have to shuttle to the Delta parking area.
