This was one of the worst hassles I’ve had renting through Turo. I spent close to $5,000 for a complete hassle at the beginning and end of this trip.

Stop drunk driving and I definitely didn’t have an attitude, no reason too. Car wasn’t dirty but you definitely brought it back dirty with sand in it.
Great host! 2nd time renting the Lotus and both times were awesome experiences!

On August 22nd he says 5 stars but on August 23rd he says 1 star. People that are looking 👀 at the reviews don’t know that I never got the car back, the car was with him in Grand Rapids Michigan so after he checked out on the 22nd he gave me a good review but he rented again on the 23rd but it was complications because I was not in Grand Rapids but TURO managed to let him rent again without him turning in the car to me. When I finally got car back it was sand in it. I spoke with him
top guy, quick pickup, explained everything well, patient, and the car was wonderful. would rent again.
