Car was amazing great pick and drop and the communication was great would definitely recommend to others and would rent again

It’s almost as if my choice of car was swapped when I added my license to the trip.. then to go to the location and see all those vehicles there…. When I went to return the car none of those vehicles were no longer on the lot…. Next time don’t be too obvious with the racism
Shanna, the cars you saw were already reserved by other guests and were simply waiting for pick-up. By the time you returned, those guests had collected them, which is why the lot was empty. Your first car was unavailable only because the previous guest returned it late. My operations follow a strict schedule of bookings and logistics. I serve all guests equally, and the movement of the fleet is based purely on reservation times. I hope this clarifies the situation
