The good - Brandon is very communicative. The car was very easy to access and was ready and clean on time.
I had no issues with the car itself.
Any questions I had, Brandon was quick to respond to.
Opportunities to improve: a mobile charger is not included. It’s not a massive issue, but it’s inconvenient that this is not clearly outlined in the description. I do not have easy access to chargers, so this meant planning more of my time around finding access. Clear verbiage on this would go a long way (prior to checkout, as it is now)
The car is advertised as FSD, but the fact that you have to pay $100 tax per trip is not clearly communicated. $100 is the flat charge that it costs for the entire month. Which means I would be paying for however many trips Brandon can fit into that window and include FSD as a free add on.
I offered to pay a prorated cost for my portion of the subscribed month, but was told that was not possible.
