Car broke down while in North Carolina
Sorry to hear about the issue during the trip. The vehicle had no active mechanical problems reported prior to checkout and was regularly maintained. Unfortunately unexpected issues can still happen with any vehicle. We did our best to remain available and assist throughout the situation, and we appreciate the feedback.

Transmission skip passenger side window didn’t work..

The car was dirty, this car should not be on the road it needs fixing!!

The vehicle is regularly maintained, inspected, and cleaned before each trip. If anything had come up, I would have addressed it right away.
