The vehicle needed some type of repair. Noisy mechanical roar from front of car when driving and prior damage underneath car causing it to scrape any changes in elevation (like driving out of the Turo lot at the airport)
This is not true. No mechanical issue or previous damage. The car was actually serviced before it was dropped off for you. Not sure what you’re saying.

The whole process was smooth. No hassle and communicated quickly. He even let me pick up the rental early… The car was nice and clean thinking about getting one myself. I will definitely be booking again.
