Unfortunately, I had issues with the TURO APP that forced me to cancel the car rental. It took several hours of communication with TURO to get the trip cancelled properly and to receive a full refund. TURO is very AI driven, so if you experience any APP issues, cancel the rental ASAP via the website. Disappointed that technology got in the way of a rental.

I was surprised by your negative review. I want to clarify that the tire damage accrued while you had the vehicle. You informed me of the flat tire you left the car at Discount Tire located in Dallas because it was beyond repair.
I did not file a claim or request a payment for the tire replacement, which you should be responsible for.
No smoking allowed
