The car was very nice and comfortable. I had not issues with pick up or the drive on the way up. The brakes squeak a bit. I also noticed that the accident on the side/back was more pronounced than the pictures illustrated.
On the way back the car started making a loud noises like something was rubbing against the front drivers side tire. It was shaking, the wheel got hot and I smelled rubber. I was 2 hours from home at night and contacted the host. He responded initially but once I had to call roadside assistance for help, he didn’t answer. I waited for roadside assistance until 2:30 am on the New Jersey turnpike exit 3. When they did not come after over 2 hours I decided to drive slower in the right lane to get home safely. The noise eventually stopped knocking. I finally arrived home at 5 am. I was very unhappy with the lack of response from the host and road side assistance. As a woman it was not safe for me to be on the turnpike at a rest stop in the middle of the night and driving a car with issues. This was my first time using Touro. My hope is that this was a one off and will not happen again. Touro should vet the cars and hosts better to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Before your trip, the vehicle was thoroughly inspected and was operating normally.
The cars it’s good and it was super easy to pick up and drop off. The interior it’s beautiful and the sound quality it’s spotless. Only minor issue it’s the it has a broken taillight on the driver rear side, but apart from that the car it’s pretty nice.

However, we’re confused by your comment regarding the airport exit fee. Turo reimburses eligible airport parking fees, and we can see that the reimbursement was processed.
We also went out of our way to accommodate your trip by assisting with a different airport location at no additional charge. Because of that, we were surprised to receive this feedback.
