As usual, my experience with Mitchell was great. His customer service is over and above, and made my trip hassle free. The vehicle being older than most seemed reliable, but signs of wear were obvious, but I expected that since it was a 2010. Price reflected age, but filled my needs perfectly. Will definitely rent from him again next year.
