As always, very easy to work with, car is a beast.

There was a lot of challenges regarding this trip from booking all the way to drop off. The host advised me 3 hour prior to pick up there was an issue with the tire on the car. With that late of a notice I was unable to book something that would be compatible. This delayed my pick up 5 hours. After walking the car I notice damage on the passenger door as well as damage on the windshield. The windshield was something we discussed but apparently the damage expanded overnight. She offered me a late return of 8pm for the inconvenience (that changed on day of return to 5pm) I provided a 2 hour notice of the return of the car along with a location to meet. Unfortunately when I arrived she was unavailable and I was told to leave it at another site due to safety concerns. No one was present upon return. I hope all repairs that are needed gets fixed and hope all the concerns above are addressed for any of the host future reservations.
Thanks, Carlos. We went above and beyond to accommodate you from start to finish given our car is fully booked on a daily basis. You were our 190th trip and the 1st to be dissatisfied. Sorry that you weren’t able to discuss this with us. All the best!
