The host was great! Communication was prompt, and both pickup and drop-off were quick and easy. We used the vehicle for an out-of-state trip to attend a funeral, and it performed well with no mechanical or driving issues.
The only area that could use improvement is the interior cleanliness. While the car was generally clean, the cloth seats and the headliner (roof interior) would benefit from a deep cleaning.
Overall, we had a good experience and appreciate the host’s hospitality. Thank you!
