Car was easily accessible. Host/ Cohost were super responsive and attentive. The car was in good drivable condition and very clean. I enjoyed this trip and look forward to renting from Bill again in the future!

Pickup and drop off at Rochester airport was made contact free and super easy. The host promptly answered every question and was quick to help.
Vehicle ran smoothly and was great to have for the whole week long trip.
I’ll definitely rent from this host every time I come to Rochester now and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle without having to wait in long lines or deal with short staffed booths late at night.
