The car was great, exceptional. Couldn't have asked for better. I could have used more instruction and direction from the owner. I didn't have any communication until after my reservation started even though I'd messaged her multiple times before the trip. But still 5 stars.

The host provides the service and seems well intentioned. However I dont believe her response time is up to a reasonable standard. Identification approval was delayed, and i had to wait at the airport for instructions for pickup.
