The host was great. But the car is another story. Looking from the outside in the car looks in great condition but once you start driving it, it feels like its going to fall apart. The car is shaky, has a slow leak in front tires, suspension is beyond wobbly, the car was not ready upon pickup. Just overall a very bad experience. I originally needed the car for 2 days but i cut my trip short to 1 day only because i would not get a refund if i cancelled completely.
This vehicle has completed 24 trips with a 4.85 rating, so receiving a 1-star review is unfortunate, but part of the business.
This is a budget-friendly Nissan Sentra, and expectations should align with the price point of the vehicle. Your expectation was to drive a Mercedes, but you paid for a low-cost Nissan Sentra daily rate.
