Had a small issue making sure the car was locked. After letting the car sit i was still able to unlock the car. Changing the numbers on the lock box may not be enough security from theft.

Thank you for your feedback. However, I would like to clarify a few things because some of the statements in this review are not accurate.
The vehicle was professionally cleaned before delivery and had just completed preventative maintenance inspection prior to the trip. As a Power Host, we take vehicle condition, cleanliness, and guest safety extremely seriously, and we have a strong history on the platform without recurring issues related to maintenance or cleanliness.

Easy pick up (had it dropped off to me). Clean car and good communication. Zero issues so far, and I just returned it to the pick-up spot a few minutes ago. Loved the car and service.
