The car was extremely clean and drove well! I had a minor issue, but the host was understanding, responsive, and went above and beyond to help, even offering to pay out of pocket to get me into another rental. Although Turo made the process difficult, he advocated for me and showed genuine concern. I’m especially grateful for his kindness, communication, and sense of urgency. Highly recommend renting from him!

Brenae, I truly wish you all the best—people are more important than any amount of money! I heard you, and I felt your pain! With God above all else, I felt in my heart that I needed to help you, no matter the cost!
Great smooth ride
