Great gas milage and car ran smoothly. Felt safe and reliable. No issues whatsoever. Host was very clear about any pick up/drop off instructions.

Great car, thanks again!

Everything was perfect!
Except when coming to pick up the vehicle, the owner’s dogs (5) were out unattended

Thank you for your feedback, Amber. We’re glad to hear everything else was perfect. We do want to clarify that your pickup was at approximately 5:00 a.m during regular sleeping hours. We also explained at the time that the dogs you saw were not ours, as we do not have any pets. They may have belonged to someone else in the area. We appreciate your comments and thank you for choosing to rent with us. We wish you safe travels and hope to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience. The guest attempted to contact the host outside of normal business hours between approximately 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, which are overnight/sleep hours. The guest was also provided information about the trip within 15 minutes of booking. The answer was provided under the “Guidelines & Key Reminders” section in the Turo messages. Once the messages were seen, we responded as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.
Nice ride !
