Could not get in contact with host.
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience. The guest attempted to contact the host outside of normal business hours between approximately 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, which are overnight/sleep hours. The guest was also provided information about the trip within 15 minutes of booking. The answer was provided under the “Guidelines & Key Reminders” section in the Turo messages. Once the messages were seen, we responded as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

The host was very friendly and responsive. My concern was the car itself. It smelt off and had some issues that made me question the maintenance process in place.

The concern was raised during the trip, and we immediately offered to retrieve the vehicle, but the guest chose to continue using it for a few days. There were no warning lights during or after the trip, and the vehicle operated normally. We take maintenance seriously and appreciate your feedback.
