Car was not was expected. Sounded horrible and i had to pay 20 for parking for a little bit of time.

Your booking was from February 12–15 with the airport selected as the pickup location. Airport parking is not free, and this is disclosed 15 minutes within booking. Additionally, the vehicle was not returned with a full tank of gas as required.
No concerns about the vehicle were reported during the trip, and we always encourage guests to reach out so we can address any issues right away.

The car was just as described. Smooth pick up and drop off from the airport. It could not have been a more seamless process. This was our first Turo experience. Alexandria set the bar high moving forward. Highly recommend!
