The car was in poor condition and needed a oil change
I’m sorry your experience was not ideal. Upon picking up the car I wish you would have communicated your findings and not continued with the booking if you thought the car was in poor condition. I would never recommend a car to be rented in poor condition and neither would Turo if we were notified. I hope you have better experiences in the future. Thank you for your feedback.
