Sooo He was nice and charming but he did not directly communicate about the reimbursement fees that go with electric vehicles when you rent them I had noooo idea. I called Turo and it’s in the fine print so I can’t fight it. I get that it’s my fault I should of read into that I guess Just so lame I feel very exploited I did let the owner know how I was new to electric vehicles and never rented or drove one before at pick up and he still didn’t say anything. He also didn’t mention how you gotta charge them every hour and a half - two hours me and my 2 friends I traveled with finally figured it out 9 hours in how the tablet rout thing really worked. Also I scraped the wheel rim while traveling. Was super honest and Told the owner and everything, he told me it was ok and insurance covers it. I bought the renter insurance prior to trip. Now they are trying to charge me for it and I’m currently trying to fight it wish me luck. Don’t think I’d rent an electric car again, and don’t think I’d rent from this owner again given the lack of communication. I really wish he would have been more transparent. I don’t think it’s ok he withheld such important information from me. So the car rental, insurance, and Tesla charge reimbursement total was like $600- something and now they wanna charge me for the wheel scrape tho I bought insurance?! If I would of throughly understood and known everything i definitely would have not done this.

Host is really chill and car is fun. My wife only complained about it not having charge when picked up and needed wipe inside but overall would definitely recommend. His Cadillac is a 10/10 for everything would go for that one if available. Thank you George.
