This is my first time using a peer-to-peer car system. I was intimidated at first and Tyler who ran the car system was very very Hands-On and helpful. We spoke several times on the phone and he was proactive in making sure everything went right. A plus for Tyler. For it to row I give a B. The picture taken before and after use of car is cumbersome and should not be the obligation of the renter. It's clear that lawyers are in the process asking for 15 pictures. That is completely stupid. Get the lawyers out of the room and improve your process to streamline it for the user. All in all it was a positive process and I will use to row again. To repeat Tyler who managed the car process was excellent. The car was detailed clean as a whistle and performed as advertised. Tyler gets five stars. Turo gets four stars.
