The vehicle I must admit was nothing more than convenient to say the least. Being this was the hosts first time they had to get accustomed to the process. However, communication was very inconsistent. When trying to contact about the car’s condition and maintenance, multiple attempts to contact were made. Questions were left unanswered but honestly the vehicle did get the job done for me as I had to drive it on the highway. I was praying all the way to and fro my destination. Air doesn’t work neither did the radio. Heat did work so I didn’t trip being it’s the winter; but the driver window wouldn’t go down or it would get stuck. The vehicle kept turning off at the lights or when idle, I did know about the air and window and radio before the trip but it was after I had already paid. There was no other car that was convenient for my situation and location. It’s not about finding the cheapest price bc I usually pay for quality but it just wasn’t available at the time. If host gets everything straightened out, I’d rent from them again. It just can’t be like this again. Host was very respectful and sweet though.
