Previous renter rendered the vehicle undrivable and we were forced to cancel as the vehicle was sent to the body shop

Trip went well, the car was clean. The check-in went well with clear explanation. I left and returned the car early. I thought that it was weird that I couldn’t complete and check out in advance. Thanks
