Michael was an excellent host. Very communicative, very helpful and flexible. The Kia K4 is a great car and everything from pick up to drop off was smooth!

Would probably rate a 4.5 — car was great, pretty much brand new. However, it wasn’t specified it wouldn’t actually be picked up AT the airport, it was 2 miles away, which I spent $40 in Ubers to and from pickup, which kinda defeated the purpose of using turo. I get if airports don’t allow turo in the actual airport parking, but it should be noted or arrange transport to the car. A two mile walk with 3 bags isn’t feasible imo
Gas was not completely filled, didn’t receive drop off instructions so I just left in the same parking lot I picked up. All in all decent trip, host could maybe just work on communication moving forward.
