The car drove great , I had no issues! The host was awesome and communicated well! I’d definitely recommend, my experience was a ten out of ten!

Picked up car with lights on dash that host had attempted to conceal. A light would flash intermittently when the car started, then remain on after a few mins. She intentionally took the condition pictures during the gaps of the light flashing, making it seem as if there was not an issue. Car was also not detailed. Before leaving her driveway I contacted the host regarding the lights and she responded with attitude and one excuse after another. Not once taking accountability, extending an apology, or providing a resolution. Am aware people have given her great reviews, which is the reason I rented from her, however I am intolerant of disrespect and a lack of professionalism. Would not rent again. Perhaps her other cars are in better condition? She stated she has her son work on them for her, upon dropoff had seen two of the other cars with the hoods open and a wheel off while they looked confused at the vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend.
