I'd like to address that we offer a free cleaning service to all of our clients when you rent from us. We have a subscription with a local cleaning company that details inside and outside of the vehicle.
If you believe that you got a dirty car with pet hair (which I disagree with) be more honest about your review rather than completely give a false review.
We truly care about our service and maintenance of the vehicle and of course the cleanliness of our cars.
