Had to unlock the vehicle with key to door handle and if you didn’t unlock it in time, the car alarm would go off. key fob only locks and pops trunk. tire pressure monitor has no readings on both right side tires. kudos to the gentleman who gave me the vehicle clean however I had to wait almost half an hour in order to receive it after I got to the pick up location on time.
I apologize sir for the inconvenience I explained to you that the car got back at 10:15am on the day of your rental which your pick up time was at 1:00pm u got there at 12:50pm. I arrived at 1:15pm which would have made me 15min late. I also gave the client $20 cash for my tardiness. Please include all details when leaving your reviews in advance thanks
