Just the front bumper needs fixing, I’m afraid of the tires driving it on those conditions worries me. It needs to be replaced. But overall except those I mentioned I want to rent the car again in the future

The bumper had cosmetic damage that did not affect the vehicle’s safety or operation, and any repair materials were part of a temporary fix while awaiting replacement parts. The parts have finally arrived after several shipping delays that were no fault of ours. We apologize you had this experience.
The car smelled like cigarette smoke when I picked it up, and unfortunately it triggered my asthma during the trip.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, a previous guest may occasionally violate the no-smoking policy.
