When our flight was cancelled by a snow storm, both TURO and Jodi were great! I contacted Jodi to let her know we'd be delayed and told her not to worry about the loss of a day. The next morning TURO called to help us get credit for the list day.
Once we finally arrived, Jodi was helpful and responsive. It was a rough start, but Jodi and TURO smoothed out the car rental bumps for us. Five stars for both Jodi and TURO.
