Host was was responsive , access to the car was good, my issue is the car is marketed as a “long range “that gets 300 plus miles on a full charge, the car never got over 217 miles on a full charge, not to mention my trip was 450 miles one way so going and coming I had to stop at least 4 times to charge which added 2 hours to an already 6 hour trip. The amount of times I stopped and charged plus the amount of money for all of the charges total, I would have been better off renting a gas vehicle. The whole point of renting the “long range” Tesla was to cut cost but instead it cost more…… not satisfied at all
The battery tests as healthy for its age. Actual range depends heavily on driving habits such as speed, and also outside temperature.
You won’t get the full advertised range driving at 90mph in the Texas heat.
