The car was epic. I never picked up from the airport before. Won’t be doing that again. Paying to get out the parking spot is not cool.
Hey there Pierre we don’t have a choice of where we park at the airport. John glen Airport requires Turo cars be in one of the 3 lots. We must also post proof that the car was parked there. We also staged the car within 1 hour of your trip so your exit of the lot was $5 at most. Apologies for the inconvenience but there is not a way around this. I have to pay to get the car out as well. We appreciate you leaving one star for something out of our control

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
