Cermal was great ! Communicate prepare the car as well and was responsive as needed, thank you!

Picking up the car was easy. The car was dirty and smelled like weed. It looked like the previous renter spilled a sticky drink in the car. The radio glitched very badly, but it eventually worked. The brakes seem like they need to be replaced, it didn’t feel safe. I let the host know and he only offered to give a discount on my next trip. I paid $160 for the day, I rented much nicer cars for that amount. I don’t rent cars often so I wouldn’t need a discount anytime soon. I am not one to complain, but I want to help out the next person who considers renting this car or renting from this host.

My experience with this host was excellent. I only planned to rent the car for two nights while my car was being repaired, but when there was a delay in the part delivery, I had to extend my rental for three more days. The host was so understanding and accommodating, which made a stressful situation much easier. The car was in great condition, clean, and drove well, and the communication was amazing the entire time. I’m very grateful for how smooth everything was and would definitely rent from this host again.
