Smooth pick up and drop off! The car was smooth to drive and didn’t have any issues. The host was very nice, I would rent from again!

Car was not registered, got pulled over and almost got into trouble. The host told us to come by for another car. Which was not the cause. Then in our face kept telling us it was registered when we have concrete proof that it was not. They were not accommodating. Pretty much took the car and told us to call a Turo. While we were standing with the police, they confirmed the host got the car registered that moment to cover themselves. Bad business. For your safety please do not rent these cars.

Car ran well and was comfortable. Easy Logan pick up/drop off, though the exit and entrance to Turo area is a bit informal looking. Very responsive host.
Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it. Just to clarify, you used Turo’s designated parking area and were able to enter and exit without paying any parking fees. If you could clarify what you meant by “informal,” I’d be happy to better understand and improve if possible.
Regarding the tire pressure, it can drop slightly in cold weather, but we always check and adjust it regularly. Thank you again for choosing us.
