Very poor communication and disorganized check-in. The host claimed she had sent the pickup instructions beforehand, which was not true. When I received a phone call, it wasn't even the host but a third party. Once I arrived at the location, I had to wait around 10 minutes just to get the lockbox code, and only then was I asked to take a selfie with the car to verify my identity. The whole pickup process was unnecessarily delayed and frustrating.

An excellent rental! I highly recommend and really enjoyed Karolline’s clean and neat Chevy spark. It’s easy to drive, and perfect for navigating through tougher traffic. I’m thankful that Karolline was a great communicator with any and all issues.

A rental! First of all, the best smelling car I’ve ever rented from anywhere! It was so clean, and it drives great. Karolline was a wonderful host. Very responsive, clear and easy instructions for pickup and drop off, and she patiently answered my many questions when my flight was delayed for 15(!!!) hours. I highly recommend this rental!
