Zero stars the just arrived a he late my mom flight was missed I was forced to spend over 500.00 for a last min flight plus hotels Turo DID nothing the car had zero heat only rent if you want a horrible experience 0/10 never again

The car’s heater was fully functional before and after the trip, with no issues reported by guests before and after this rental, no warning lights were present at checkout and the vehicle passed inspection.
Flight delays and missed flights are outside of the host’s control, No concerns were reported to me during the rental that would have allowed me to address them in real time. And the car was cleaned properly
