I had a fantastic experience renting from this owner. They made it incredibly easy by providing a pick-up included instruction for the vehicle and instructions on how to drop it off. I would definitely rent from them again in the future!

I will gladly rent from this host again, but the car needs to be cleaned. The main display screen was dirty and difficult to see in the sunshine, and I had to wipe it clean. There were crumbs of food and it just needed to be vacuumed. The windshield front and rear were dirty and needed to be cleaned too. The right front tire was low a few pounds of pressure and I needed to air that up and that caused a bit of concern until I realized it wasn’t really flat or leaking. Otherwise, it was an excellent trip and it’s a nice car and the communication with this host was excellent. The arrangements were also excellent. Very professional. Just needs to be cleaner.
The tire pressure was not low when the vehicle was checked out to you. As we described, the tires were brand new, replaced right before your rental, and you went over Donner Summit which messes with the tire pressure due to the altitude.
