Car was not very clean- windshield was covered with bugs and the cup holders and floor area had trash and crumbs.

The car was very dirty inside and out. In order to even take good photos and to understand what was a scratch/dent vs just dirt, I had to rub the car in many places. I had just landed and was going straight to a work meeting for a brand new job. My hands were so filthy. I was not happy. Inside of the car was also pretty gross and smelled like Off bug spray (because there was a can in the console). I was not told when I booked this that I would have to pay $18 to get out of the parking lot. I asked for that to reimbursed multiple times and it still has not been done. The windshield fluid alarm was on the entire time that it was low. Had clearly been that way for awhile. All of the tires were also underinflated. I would not rent this car again. This guy is just making money and not doing the maintenance needed to be a good Turo owner.
