Incredibly smooth pickup and drop off process. Created so much peace of mind for us and everything was exactly as described. Not only that, but Samuel was very accommodating and we're very likely to rent from him again the next time we're in Reno.

The car drove beautifully and did so great on mileage. It didn’t give me any trouble even through the snow storm. It was very convenient and easy to pick up and drop off the car. Samuel was a great host and responded very quickly.
