The experience at first was not great because when I picked up the car and drove off just a little while after driving off the car had cut off on me and then I started it again and drove it a little further and it cut off again so it was continuing to cut off and I had to pull over in the shopping center and contact the owner but once I contacted the owner, he came right away and he resolved the issue by switching cars with me and giving me a free upgrade as well and he was just so polite and so courteous and just adamant about resolving the situation without me having to leave there without a vehicle so he was really, really really awesome
