Host Michael is a great communicator,
taking care to answer any and all questions kindly and genuinely. The car was used for summer driving in the Sierras and easily navigated long (22 miles daily) up and downhill stretches remarkably well, as long as I respected its capabilities as a small (2-cylinder) car. Car fits into parking spaces most other cars can’t fit into, so parking was sublimely easy, plus i got 40 mpg combined mountain and freeway. Car arrived clean and well-serviced. Drop-off/pick-up was prompt, smooth, and uncomplicated. I recommend Michael without hesitation.
