The car was pretty good, it was clean and pretty easy to drive. The communication with the host was excellent and always helpful. This car is such a vibe for LA. The only thing that it’s not said in the description is that the driver’s seat has a black cover case but you don’t really pay attention to it because the rest of the car is beautiful.

This host showed no empathy when I had complained about the condition of their car. When I picked up the car, the driver seat was severely ripped and overall was not at the luxury standard given the car that it is. It was so embarrassing, because I had rented this car to go out on a fancy date, so I was expecting that this luxury car would be in the condition that was pictured on his turo posting I left the car half-way filled of gas, as I was in a rush to return it. He couldn’t just let it go, as a courtesy of not renting me a car in the condition of what was shown on his pictures from the turo posting. Poor customer service. The least that he could have done is just waive the gas fee for renting me a car that wasn’t as pictured from his Turo posting. Unbelievable this guy for not putting his clients/renters first. Will not rent from this person again.
