Had a great trip, owner was very flexible
However, upon picking up the car I was told that the cars air conditioning was completely non functioning. A detail that was not mentioned in the description. And had that been disclosed to me before my rental confirmation I would have elected to rent a different vehicle.

I really apologize about the A/C, like I said I found out about it the day you were picking up. One of the actuators went out and had to be replaced since the vents were stuck. It was immediately fixed upon return and had the dash reupholstered since it had to come out. It’s a 10y/o car and parts are bound to break when renters don’t take care of it. I got it back from you completely covered in dirt and not refueled too.
