The check engine light came on after about 4 hrs of driving. The owner said that he was aware of it, and it shouldn't cause any problems. The next day, the car lost complete power while I was driving in traffic, luckily I was able to coast off of the road, from that point on it died three more times each time that I restarted it lost power. I had to drive very slow to maintain some power. He was apologetic and very helpful, however, he was none responsive to my first messages. That car should not be rented out.

While I acknowledge that the check engine light did come on and you did have an issue, it is vastly exaggerated. You listed every light came on, low tire,etc. No other lights came on besides the check engine light. I also responded to every message you sent within 17 minutes. lastly, I offered you solutions, which you declined and continued to drive the vehicle. An 11 year old vehicle is going to occasionally have issues. It has been fixed and is in perfect order now.
The host was great. The car was perfect for our trip. No issues or concerns. I recommend this car and host!
