The cars tags were up the registration in the car was expired when I asked about it I didn’t really get any help. The check engine light did come on. I just ended up using my car after it was done at the shop and didn’t use the rental. Feel like I wasted my money.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I actually explained that I had the new tags at my house and that they were current. The tags were for June as well, so they showed the correct month. You were welcome to return the vehicle at any time or ask for a swap, but you chose to keep it for the entire trip.
