First time running on my own was scolded at pickup for assuming the lock box would be on the house which there was a lock box on the house was told he had renters and I was not allowed to be on the porch the lock box was inside of the unlocked vehicle I don't know why I wouldn't have thought that the keys to the car would have been inside of the car. Honestly would not drive this car out of town if this was a trip to Disneyland I would have brought it right back it was a trip because my car was in the shop the fan on it is so loud you can hear me coming I get it to 2016 but I also myself drive a 2016 and my car is not in this condition it doesn't shift correctly it definitely does not get the miles to get the gallon I drove it 120 miles and it was 6 gallons of gas. I had to return it early because I got called into work he told me that it was not allowed but he would allow it this time it was outside of his hours which I totally understand I appreciate him allowing me to drop it off early but customer service is very agitated and the car is not worth the money will not be renting from them again
I apologize for being a bit defensive when you arrived. We were messaging back and forth minutes before you arrived. Instead of messaging me to ask where the lockbox was, you and your husband went searching around my house. Because I have guests who sleep during the day, I was defensive.
As for the vehicle: any issues you had should be reported ASAP to allow the hosts to correct it. We rely on guests for this because we often only have the car for a few hours.
