John was a great host. The only reason I can't give the experience 5 stars is because the car did not blow out cold air, it was warm. It needs freon. But other than that the car was great!
So sorry I about the A/C it was cooling when I checked the car out before your trip but now it isn't cooling. Same thing happened with my wife's car it was great on the way to church but on the way home would not cool down.

John car was one of the cleanest vehicles I've rented from Turo. After having an issue with the drivers window rolling up and down, he helped to accommodate me with amazing customers service. I would rent again
