Pros: easy pickup at airport; car drove fine; host responsive communicator; unlimited mileage
Cons: Car has many stains in interior and many scratches on the exterior; car has broken rain guards at the top of the windows; rotors are warped probably due to over heating so braking causes vibrations; host didn’t initiate communications which may be an issue for first time users but was responsive so fine for me.
Summary: Pros outweighed the little cons and none of the cons hindered our trip; I would rent again. Still giving 5 stars.

very easy process. Our host, Mattie, was easy to reach if needed. The car was as advertised. Clean and well maintained. We are Turo converts now.
