Mattie was a wonderful host. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. The car was in excellent condition and had great gas mileage. If I go back to Rapid City, SD, I'll be sure to rent a car from Mattie.

Pros: easy pickup at airport; car drove fine; host responsive communicator; unlimited mileage
Cons: Car has many stains in interior and many scratches on the exterior; car has broken rain guards at the top of the windows; rotors are warped probably due to over heating so braking causes vibrations; host didn’t initiate communications which may be an issue for first time users but was responsive so fine for me.
Summary: Pros outweighed the little cons and none of the cons hindered our trip; I would rent again. Still giving 5 stars.
