i left it in the glove box no one opened the door you aren’t home, this is very unprofessional and you almost canceled the trip on me due to the fact of me coming a bit late. i paid for the extended trip as well and yet you still sit here and rush me while you aren’t even at home. i expected more through the first interaction and you go on to just hang the phone up e in my face. i’m not waiting for you, and ill be leaving it in the car in the glove box when you have the chance and when you do get home just come by thank you i also took a video of where i put it so i hope you have a good rest of your night horrible experience
This kid lied to me that he was renting my car to see his sick grandmother…that was I let him rent my car…but he actually rented the car with a bunch of teenagers to NY…and would not return my car and kept playing games. He then had one of his boys drop off my car when I wasn’t home…which is a violation of Turo’s policy…because his friend wasn’t added as a driver on this trip. His left my car on the street with the keys inside.
BEWARE OF THIS GUEST…PLEASE NEVER RENT HIM A CAR!!!!!
